Dimension Lab – Complete Guide
Dimension Lab is one of the toughest and most rewarding PvE modes in Ran Community. It brings back the authentic GS challenge with real mechanics, real danger, and real teamwork. This guide explains exactly how it works – no shortcuts, no misinformation, just the accurate system players will face inside the Lab.
What is Dimension Lab?
Dimension Lab is a 1-hour timed PvE instance that players can enter once per day through the Battlefield UI. It features powerful monsters, mini-boss encounters, and a multi-phase boss fight with Tagger Choi – including an intense final enrage state. Clearing the Lab rewards players with some of the best PvE rewards available.
How to Enter
You do not enter Dimension Lab through an NPC. Access is done through the Battlefield Interface → PVE.
- Open the Battlefield UI from your main interface.
- Select PVE.
- Choose Dimension Lab to queue.
- The Lab accepts both solo and party entry.
- Important: Solo mode is allowed but not recommended due to high difficulty.
Entry Rules
- Limit: 1 entry per day
- Timer: 1 hour to complete the Lab
- Death: Respawn reduces time and slows progression
- Party: Up to 8 members (recommended)
Inside the Dimension Lab
Here is the accurate stage flow of Dimension Lab, following authentic mechanics:
1. Entrance Combat – 260+ Monsters
You begin at the Lab’s outer corridor where level 260+ monsters roam the entrance. These mobs hit hard and have high HP, so clearing them quickly is key. This area sets the tone: Dimension Lab is not meant to be done casually.
2. Laboratory Encounter – Mini-Boss Swordsman
At the end of the map, players enter the Lab chamber and face a Mini-Boss Swordsman guarded by several robots.
- Defeat the robots
- Defeat the Mini-Boss Swordsman
- Once cleared, the Dimension Lab Portal Authentication becomes available
3. First Boss Phase – Tagger Choi
After authenticating the Lab portal, Tagger Choi appears for the main fight. During this phase, Tagger Choi is aggressive and deals strong physical damage.
- At 50% HP, Tagger Choi summons 4 Generals
- Tagger Choi becomes invincible during this phase
- You must defeat all 4 Generals before you can damage him again
This mechanic repeats throughout the run and requires good coordination.
4. Second Boss Phase – Reawakened Tagger Choi
Once Tagger Choi is defeated, he does not die – he retreats, then returns as Reawakened Tagger Choi. This form is significantly stronger.
- Higher attack
- More aggressive skill patterns
- Stronger AOE presence
At 50% HP, the four Generals return again. Reawakened Tagger Choi is completely invincible until all Generals are defeated.
5. Final 10% – Enrage Mode
When Reawakened Tagger Choi reaches 10% HP, he enters a powerful enrage state:
- Increased damage output
- Faster animation speed
- Stronger combos and AOE swings
Teams must be prepared with potions, heals, and defensive skills to survive this final push.
6. Victory – Tagger Choi Retreats
Once Reawakened Tagger Choi is defeated, he escapes the Lab. This marks a successful clear.
Rewards
After Tagger Choi retreats, an NPC appears inside the Laboratory. Players can exchange their collected Dimension Traces for a high-value reward box, which may include:
- High-level enhancers
- Extra Added Effect skill items
- Rare crafting materials
- Premium consumables
- Event-grade rewards
This is one of the most rewarding PvE features currently available in Ran Community.
