We want to give you a quick heads-up regarding an important update to our top-up system.
Our payment partner will begin applying a flat-rate fee to transactions below PHP 199. Because of this, the minimum amount for Auto Top-Up will be updated to PHP 200 before Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
This change helps us keep our top-up service fair, stable, and sustainable while maintaining the rates we have committed to.
What This Means
Starting with this update:
- PHP 200 and above: Auto Top-Up
- Below PHP 200: Manual Top-Up
If you only need a smaller amount, Manual Top-Up will remain available as the better option.
Why This Change Is Needed
We want to be transparent with everyone.
Since a flat-rate fee now applies to lower-value transactions, keeping Auto Top-Up available below PHP 199 would no longer be practical under the percentage-based rates we currently maintain. Rather than passing that burden into the system, we believe the cleanest solution is to set PHP 200 as the new minimum for Auto Top-Up.
It is a simple adjustment, but it helps protect the reliability of the service moving forward.
